At LAZ Skincare, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products. To ensure product integrity and hygiene, returned items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the original formula.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
